
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made prior to 24 hours will not be charged.
• Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours of notification will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service.
• Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged for 100% of the scheduled service.
• Late arrivals will receive the best service possible within the remaining appointment time; full service charges still apply.
